5. Revisions and Changes
If project plans, drawings, specifications, scope, or other project information change after an estimate has been prepared, additional estimating work may be required.
Depending on the nature and extent of the changes, PremiumBidding may charge an additional fee or require a revised service agreement.
Clients should notify PremiumBidding of material project changes as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Quotes and Service Fees

10. No Guarantee of Project Award
PremiumBidding does not guarantee that a client will win a construction contract, secure financing, obtain a project, achieve a specific profit margin, or receive any particular financial result from using our estimating services.
Our services are intended to support construction planning and bidding decisions, not guarantee business outcomes.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the PremiumBidding website, including its text, graphics, branding, design, layout, logos, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to PremiumBidding and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
